It will not harm the painted surfaces.
Suitable for the sheet metal processing of automobile, refrigerator, motorcycle, washing machine, etc.
Question 1: The glue is not strong, the glue is debonded, what is the reason?
1. The viscosity of hot melt adhesive is related to the temperature. The ideal temperature is 20°C-28°C.
Note: Do not operate under the sun in summer, and the operating temperature in winter is above 10 ℃ (if the weather is very cold, you can first pour hot water on the wagon in the recess)
2. If the car has been waxed or plated with crystal film or the material of the recess is not iron sheet, the stickiness of the tape will be greatly affected.
3. It may be that the product is dusty during use. Before use, it is best to use alcohol to clean the rubber strip, the dent surface and the gasket.
4. If it is degummed during operation at ideal temperature, this is a normal phenomenon, and it only needs to repeat the operation.
If the depression cannot be repaired after repeated operations, it may be that the puller is not suitable for processing the depression. This is related to the shape, position and size of the depression. Not all depressions can be repaired with one product, which has nothing to do with the glue.
Question 2: How to remove the glue
You can use alcohol above 95 degrees, while tearing it again and spraying alcohol, the residual glue can be buttoned off with your fingernails. Asphalt, gasoline or diesel can also be used.
(Because alcohol is flammable and cannot be transported, please buy it locally. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.)
Note:
1. It is not recommended to use if the body has been waxed, there is a car coat, a film has been coated, or the paint surface is cracked.
2. The dent is not a metal sheet, or the dent is in a particularly hard place such as the body beam and cannot be repaired with tools.
